When you send an enquiry, you may share your name, email address, company or institution, the services you are interested in, a project description, a preferred deadline, and a budget. You may also share information with us in WhatsApp messages, emails, and files you send after first contact.

How enquiries are sent

When you submit the contact form or the review form, the information you enter is sent to HEC Writers through Netlify Forms, the form service provided by our website host, Netlify. Netlify stores the submission and forwards it to us by email. The order form prepares a message for you to send through WhatsApp or your own email app; nothing is sent until you press send in that app. When you use WhatsApp or email, the privacy policies of those services also apply.

Reviews you submit are published only with your permission, after we check them. You can ask us to edit or remove a published review at any time.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information.

Research materials and confidential files
